Informational Event and Cast Auditions for the Brevard Renaissance Fair’s 2018 Festival

The Medieval world comes to Brevard County as the Brevard Renaissance Fair gears up for the first of several events to raise awareness in the community. At its core, the annual fair is an educational fundraiser to benefit Annie and Kids, Arts and Education Foundation, a group focused on Arts in Brevard. This tremendous festival requires a great deal of behind the scenes planning and building to be a success, with many opportunities for students, artists, and actors to contribute.
“It is our goal to promote and support arts, education, and imagination for the citizens of Brevard County,” shares Anthony DeRivi, the program director.
The Planning Committee has organized several opportunities to get involved, including auditions for stage and lane characters:
- Open House – Melbourne Library, 540 E. Fee Avenue in Melbourne on Saturday, May 5th from 10am – 2pm.
- Auditions – Henegar Center, 625 E. New Haven Avenue #119 in Melbourne on Monday, May 15th from 6:30pm – 9pm with registration opening at 9pm.
- Auditions – Henegar Center, 625 E. New Haven Avenue on Saturday, June 10th from 2pm – 4pm.
- Auditions & Call Backs – Henegar Center, 625 E. New Haven Avenue #119 in Melbourne on Tuesday, June 20th from 6:30pm – 9pm with registration opening at 9pm.
